PERAN ROHANIAWAN ISLAM DALAM PENDAMPINGAN PASIEN POSTPARTUM MELALUI BIMBINGAN ROHANI (di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang)

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the role of Islamic spiritual leaders in assisting postpartum patients through spiritual guidance at RSU UMM and describing how the process of spiritual guidance. This research used a qualitative approach where the data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed by data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found the duties and responsibilities of an Islamic spiritual leaders as a religious consultant, a professional who provides psychological and spiritual guidance, and as a provider of prayer and dhikr therapy whose implementation process is divided into 3 (three) stages. The implications of this research are expected to theoretically develop insight and knowledge about the role of Islamic spiritual leaders and the process of implementing postpartum patient assistance through spiritual guidance. This research is also expected to provide a contribution of thought to Islamic spiritual leaders in optimizing the implementation of postpartum patient support through spiritual guidance.
