Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid Google Site-based learning media, determine whether there is an increase in student motivation after using the media, and assess how the media improves students' problem-solving skills. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE
development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were eighth-grade students from a private junior high school. The instruments used included media and material validation questionnaires by experts, pretest and posttest questions, as well as a student learning motivation questionnaire. The validation results indicated that the media was considered highly valid, with a percentage of 82.5% from media experts and 81% from material experts. The implementation results showed an increase in posttest scores to 75.41% compared to the pretest scores of 32.91%, indicating that the Google Site-based learning media can improve students' problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, the motivation questionnaire results showed that 55% of students were in the high motivation category and 45% in the moderate category, suggesting that the media also contributes to enhancing student learning motivation. Therefore, the developed Google Site
learning media is deemed suitable for use as a digital learning alternative capable of improving students' problem-solving skills and learning motivation.
