Abstract

Development of conditions in Employee Expenditures, Goods and Services Expenditures, as well as Capital Expenditures in Blitar Regency has experienced fluctuating and shifting conditions. Initially dominated by capital expenditure from 1991 to 1998, it shifted to employee expenditure from 1999 to 2020. Meanwhile, the population and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) output have shown a continuously increasing trend. From these issues, research emerges with the aim of examining and developing insights from previous research regarding the influence of
employee expenditures, goods and services, capital, as well as the population on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) throughout the years and amid economic conditions from 1991 to
2020. The method used is multiple linear regression, and the data obtained are in the form of secondary data, namely time series. From the research results, it is known that there is a positive
and significant influence between the variables of Employee Expenditures, Goods and Services, Capital, Population, on GRDP in Blitar Regency from 1991 to 2020.
