Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of store image and customer trust level on customer loyalty at Tiga Putra Gold Store. A careful sample of 250 respondents using Accidental sampling technique during April to May 2025. The results of mediation regression analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that store image has no effect on customer loyalty, customer trust level has no effect on customer loyalty and customer trust level has little effect on customer loyalty through customer trust level. This study can be useful for Tiga Putra Gold Store as evaluation material related to improving store image and customer trust level in order to maintain customer loyalty.
