Abstract
Generation Z is the youngest generation in the workforce and faces changes in the industrial
sector in accordance with market demands. Organizational commitment is an employee's
strong desire to remain with the organization and maintain membership. Psychological wellbeing is a perception where an individual feels positive energy within himself, has an
awareness of his potential, and can contribute as an employee and is able to carry out his work well. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence between psychological wellbeing and the organizational commitment of Generation Z employees. This research uses quantitative correlational research. The subjects of this research were generation Z employees. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling with accidental sampling technique. The subjects were Generation Z employees aged 18-28 years with a total of 150 subjects. Based on research, the results of a simple regression test showed coefficient values of R 0.120 and P 0.145, which means that psychological well-being in Generation Z does affect organizational commitment in Generation Z Employees.
