Abstract
This study aimed to describe the implementation of the Jie Sam Soe method in learning Arabic at SMA Islam Surya Buana Malang, as well as identify obstacles and student responses. This method prioritizes collaborative listening, delivery, and evaluation activities. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the Jie Sam Soe method is effective in improving students' ability to understand Arabic sentence structure, especially through the 2-3-4 technique. Students become more active, confident, and enthusiastic in participating in learning. The obstacles found include differences in students' basic abilities, time constraints, and the absence of textbooks based on this method. Overall, Jie Sam Soe's method is able to create an active and fun learning atmosphere and is relevant to Arabic learning at the secondary level
