Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the workload, burnout and performance, to analyze the effect of workload on performance, the effect of workload on burnout, the effect of burnout on performance and the role of the intervening variable burnout on the effect of workload on the performance of Gojek drivers in Malang City. The type of research in the preparation of this thesis is explanatory research, the population in this study is all Gojek drivers in Malang City with a sample size of 120 respondents. The data analysis method uses a scale range and path analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the workload of Gojek drivers in Malang City is included in the sufficient category, low burnout and high driver performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on driver performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on driver burnout, burnout has a negative and significant effect on driver performance and burnout can significantly be an intervening variable in the effect between workload and driver performance.
