TINJAUAN YURIDIS PELAKSANAAN PASAL 274 AYAT (1) DAN (2) UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 22 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG LALU LINTAS DAN ANGKUTAN JALAN (Studi di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Malang)

Based on article 274 of Law no. 22 of 2009, has regulated sanctions for perpetrators of acts that cause damage and/or disruption of road function, in this case the perpetrators of illegal speed bumps. Criminal sanctions here are only light sanctions in the form of violations such as fines and imprisonment. The supporting factor is the applicable regulations, namely Article 274 of Law Number 22 of 2009 which regulates sanctions regarding careless creation of speed bumps. The inhibiting factor is that law enforcers are still less than firm in following up on making speed bumps haphazardly, which is an obstacle in implementing article 274 paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law Number 22 of 2009.
