Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style, rewards, and motivation on employee performance at PT. PG Candi Baru. The objective is to analyze employee perceptions regarding leadership, rewards, and motivation in relation to performance, as well as to assess the influence of each variable individually and determine which among them has the most dominant impact. The research uses a purposive sampling technique, selecting 200 respondents who meet specific criteria. This is a quantitative study, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that employees tend to be highly motivated when they receive additional benefits from the company, are provided with a safe and comfortable working environment, have opportunities for effective interaction and communication in the workplace, and feel appreciated through performance-based recognition. While democratic leadership and rewards also positively affect performance, motivation is found to be the most dominant factor influencing employee productivity at PT. PG Candi Baru.
