Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, innovation, education, work experience, and technological readiness on the success of millennial generation businesses. Using a quantitative method, data were collected through questionnaires to 50 millennial entrepreneurs who met the criteria: business owners or managers, born between 1981–1996, and have been running their businesses for more than one year. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments were declared valid and reliable. Data analysis using the t-test revealed that entrepreneurial factors significantly influenced business success (significance value 0.000 <0.05; t = 6.177). The research findings show that creativity and innovation play an important role in creating product uniqueness and adaptive strategies to the market. Education and work experience strengthen managerial capacity and technical capabilities in running a business effectively. In addition, technological readiness has proven to be a crucial aspect that drives competitiveness through the use of digitalization and operational efficiency. This study strengthens the relevance of Human Capital theory and Schumpeter’s innovation theory in the context of millennial entrepreneurship, and provides practical implications in developing business strategies based on human resources and technology.
