Abstract
This study thoroughly examines the relationships among Employee Well-being, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. It's an exploratory quantitative research, aiming to pinpoint which variable has a more significant impact on employee performance. We gathered primary data using questionnaires from 60 respondents. A saturated sampling technique ensured full participation from our target population, allowing us to generalize findings within this small but representative sample. Our data analysis involved scale range and multiple linear regression. Initial scale range analysis provided interesting insights: the employee performance variable, measured by work quality, quantity, timeliness, and adherence to standard procedures, consistently showed a very high average. Similarly, Employee Well-being, covering economic welfare, facilities, and services, also yielded a very high average. Lastly, Job Satisfaction, with indicators like salary, promotion, co-worker, job itself, and supervision satisfaction, also displayed a very high average result.Further hypothesis testing through regression revealed that both Employee Well-being and Job Satisfaction partially and significantly influence employee performance. This confirms how crucial both factors are in shaping individual performance. Moreover, a dominance test indicated that Employee Well-being is the most influential variable on employee performance. This finding underscores that employee welfare, both material and non-material, plays a vital role in boosting productivity and work effectiveness, offering significant implications for human resource management strategies at PLN UP2D.
