treated properly, some things that can arise due to sleep disorders are increased risk of
diabetes, obesity, stroke, high blood pressure and heart attacks.

Research Objective: To determine the relationship between physical activity and sleep
quality of the elderly in Setia Bumi Village.

Research Design: This research is a type of descriptive correlational research because
it uses a cross-sectional research design to test the "relationship" between two
variables, which was conducted by 32 respondents with 18 men and 14 women.

Results: The results of statistical analysis using the chi-square test showed that the p
value was 0.508 (p > 0.05), which means H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. There is
no significant relationship between the level of physical activity and sleep quality in
respondents.
