MANAJEMEN RISIKO PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH PADA PT. BPRS ARSA SEJAHTERA

This study discusses the application of risk management in the supervision of murabahah financing at PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Arsa Sejahtera. The main focus of the study is on the risk mitigation process from the application stage, realization, to post-financing supervision. Based on empirical data, the number of customers and the value of murabahah financing fluctuate reflecting the dynamics of the bank's risk management. Supervision is carried out through three methods: on-desk (indirect), on-site (direct), and supervision based
on the Annual Work Plan (AWP). The effectiveness of risk management is evaluated systematically through portfolio reports, internal audits, and monitoring by the Sharia Supervisory Board. The research results indicate that structured and sustainable risk mitigation strategies are able to keep the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio below the OJK's regulatory threshold. This study underscores the importance of integrating preventive strategies, adaptive supervision systems, and regular evaluations to maintain the quality of financing and the overall health of the bank.
