Abstract
In a company, we often encounter a phenomenon where many employees choose to leave or leave the company where they work. Employees as a resource of a company are a vital element owned by the company that plays a role in driving the wheels of the company to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study is to reveal whether or not there is a relationship between work engagement and turnover intention in employees of PT XYZ. This research uses a non-experimental approach in the form of quantitative correlation with Karl Pearson's product moment correlation technique. The result of correlation coefficient between work engagement variable and turnover intention is -0.241 with significance 0.045 (p<0.05). This means that work engagement with turnover intention in PT employees. XYZ has a significant negative relationship. This means that work engagement with turnover intention in PT XYZ employees has a significant negative relationship. The implication of this research is as an input for companies to create high work engagement in order to reduce turnover intention.
