IMPLEMENTASI PROYEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA MELALUI KEGIATAN MUHAMMADIYAH MEMAJUKAN BAKAT (MMB) DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 08 BATU

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project through the Muhammadiyah Talent Development Program, to examine the challenges encountered during its implementation, and to explore the solutions applied to address these challenges at Muhammadiyah Junior High School 08 Batu.
This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This study was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 08 Batu using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. After that, the data obtained from the research will be processed to produce conclusions in this thesis.
The results of the study indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) project, implemented through the Muhammadiyah Talent Development Program (MMB), provides both benefits and motivation to students. One of the key outcomes is that students are able to develop their inherent creativity and express it to others. Despite the challenges—particularly the varying levels of understanding among different classes—some students were able to grasp the assigned themes quickly, while others experienced difficulty or required more time to comprehend them. Nevertheless, the students were able to foster collaboration among their peers and actively reminded and supported one another throughout the process.
