Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the application of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to user behavior regarding mobile telecommunication applications in Sorong City. This study employs an explanatory approach. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. A total of 250 samples were obtained using purposive sampling. The analytical tool used was PLS-SEM. Performance Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Effort Expectancy has a negative and insignificant effect on Behavioral Intention. Social Influence has a negative and insignificant effect on Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Condition has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Behavioral Intention has a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior.
