Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT Notojoyo Nusantara Malang. This research uses explanatory research method with quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all employees at PT Notojoyo Nusantara Malang totaling 30 people, and the sampling technique used the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques were obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment of employees is very good, the compensation provided by employees is good, and employee performance is also very good, then the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment is a variable that has a greater influence on employee performance.
