Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in physical quality and nutritional value of gaplek raw materials from several suppliers that regularly supply gaplek to PT. Great Giant Livestock. The research was conducted using a quantitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach, involving gaplek suppliers to the company. Data were collected through secondary data obtained from the company. The results showed no significant differences in physical quality or nutritional content among the gaplek samples; however, one supplier, Supplier B, demonstrated superior and more consistent values each month, particularly in terms of dry matter and organic matter content, even though its starch content was similar to the other suppliers.The study concludes that Supplier B can be considered a preferred supplier and is suitable to be appointed as a regular supplier or given higher priority in providing gaplek stock as a feed ingredient..
