Pengadaan Aksesibilitas Pada Jalan Umum Bagi Penyandang Disabilitas Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kota Malang No 2 Tahun 2014 (Studi di Kota Malang)

Persons with disabilities have so far experienced discrimination which has resulted in the rights of persons with disabilities not being fulfilled. Respect, Protection, and Fulfillment of the rights of Persons with Disabilities are the obligations of the State. This form of Respect, Protection and Fulfillment is the passing of Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. This study is entitled "Sociological Juridical Analysis of Malang City Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning Accessibility on Public Roads in Malang City". There are 2 (two) main issues in this research, namely: (1) Provision of accessibility on public roads for persons with disabilities in Malang City; and (2) The effectiveness of article 90 paragraph (3) letter b of Malang City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Protection and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. This study uses the Normative Legal Research method. The approach used in this study is the Sociological Juridical Approach. The results of this study indicate that, accessibility on public roads for persons with disabilities is included in the category or nature of Not Everything, this means that not all of the Ease, Usability, Safety and Independence of Accessibility on public roads can be achieved in all places or in all aspects on public roads.
