Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of work life balance and workload on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Jakarta Prima Cranes Balikpapan Branch has 92 employees. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire via Googleform with a measurement scale using a 1-5 Likert scale. This research uses the scale range analysis method and Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 4.0.9 software analysis tool. The scale range results show that work life balance at PT. Jakarta Prima Cranes Balikpapan Branch has been running well, then the workload is at a high level, motivation is at a high level and the performance of PT employees. Jakarta Prima Cranes Balikpapan Branch is at a good level. The research results show that work life balance has a significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation moderates the influence of work life balance on employee performance. Motivation moderates the effect of workload on employee performance.
