Abstract

This study aims to examine the social skills development strategies for Children in Conflict with the Law (CCL) implemented by LKSA Robbani in Malang Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that LKSA Robbani plays a significant role in the social rehabilitation of children, which includes strategic partnerships with BAPAS and the Social Affairs Office, the provision of formal education, social worker assistance, and psychiatric support. The development strategies are implemented through various methods, including the modeling method, habituation method, role playing method, dialogue and counseling method, and religious-character method. The research findings indicate that these strategies have a positive impact on the development of children's social skills, such as cooperation, responsibility, empathy, self-control, and assertiveness. This process demonstrates that LKSA Robbani has successfully created an inclusive, participatory, and socially restorative caregiving environment.
