Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of corn
chips marketing strategies at UD. Mawar Indah, Lamongan Regency. The
research design used in this study is qualitative research. The population of this
study were consumers of UD. Mawar Indah, Lamongan Regency with a sample of
30 respondents, using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the research and
discussion that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the marketing
strategy in increasing sales at UD. Mawar Indah, Lamongan Regency is to use an
aggressive strategy. The considerations in determining this strategy are that the
business has strengths, namely having distinctive characteristics that differentiate
it from competing products, good product quality and offering a variety of
products. The next strength is regarding prices according to quality, affordable
and competitive, strengths for strategic locations, comfortable and clean.
Promotions are in accordance with reality and easy for customers to understand.
UD. Mawar Indah, Lamongan Regency has complete and clean facilities and
infrastructure, friendly, honest employees and have precision in providing
services
