Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population includes all employees of PT. Ria Indo Agri, numbering 112 people. The sampling technique uses a probability method, namely a saturated sampling technique, because the entire population is sampled. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through distributing a
Google Form-based questionnaire, using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis was carried out using the scale range analysis method and Partial Least Square (PLS) technique via SmartPLS software version 4.0.9. Based on the results of the scale range analysis, employee performance is in the sufficient category, the application of spiritual leadership is considered good, and the level of job satisfaction is in the satisfied category. The research results show
that spiritual leadership influences job satisfaction. Job satisfaction influences employee performance. Spiritual leadership influences employee performance. Spiritual leadership influences employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
