Abstract
Extracurricular activities are still a debate because many people consider extracurricular activities to take up study time and have an impact on academic achievement. However, extracurricular activities can have a positive impact or at least do not affect the academic achievement of medical students. Extracurricular activities are known to have positive and negative effects related to factors that affect student achievement index. This study also produced a p-value of 0.370 (> 0.05). Extracurricular activity and cumulative achievement index do not have a significant relationship.
