FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI HASIL PENGOBATAN PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU RESISTEN OBAT (TB RO)

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious global health threat, increasing morbidity and mortality from TB worldwide. Treatment factors in patients with DR-TB are important to consider to achieve treatment success.
Objective: To identify factors that influence treatment outcomes in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis.
Methods: This paper uses a narrative literature review design that selects literature based on keywords and is filtered according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Databases used were Google Scholar, PubMed and Scopus to obtain literature with reputable journals.
Results and Discussion: The results of the journal review in this paper found three main factors that have a significant influence on the treatment outcomes of patients with DR-TB, namely individual factors, provider factors and treatment regimen factors.
Conclusion: The results of this paper can be used to contribute to the development of interventions to develop the best strategies for treating patients with DR-TB.
