KERJA SAMA UNICEF DAN BAZNAS D DALAM MEWUJUDKAN LAYANAN AIR BERSIH DAN SANITASI LAYAK DI NTB MELALUI PROGRAM THE WASH TAHUN 2017-2020

This study aims to analyze the collaboration carried out by the international organization UNICEF and local government partnerships, namely BAZNAS in restoring and improving clean water and sanitation services through the WASH program. The implementation of this program is aimed at overcoming the impact of problems that pay special attention to children and women in NTB. This study uses qualitative research methods to explain systematically and factually. This study also uses the Paradiplomacy Theory, in which this theory will explain how foreign relations with foreign parties (NGO's) are carried out by 'sub-states' (local governments) to achieve their goals, by providing mutual benefits between partners. This research is descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of documentation studies. This research examines the collaboration carried out by UNCEF and BAZNAS in West Nusa Tenggara Province which resulted in a new movement, namely the Zero Open Defecation Movement (BASNO). For its contribution and cooperation to this program, UNICEF has succeeded in reducing the poverty crisis rate and reducing the rate of change in sanitation and proper water in NTB with achievements exceeding the target of 75.00% in 2019, so that the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara awarded UNICEF for this success.
