REPRESENTASI KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM NOVEL NDORO DARMABUMI KARYA FILIANANUR

This study analyzes the representation of local wisdom found in the novel Ndoro Darmabumi by Filiananur. Local wisdom is depicted in various forms, values, and functions of values within the narrative and dialogue. This research aims to examine the forms of local wisdom, the values of local wisdom, and the functions of local wisdom values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a sociological approach to literary works and the theory of representation and local wisdom values as analytical tools. Data were collected through documentation techniques and by incorporating relevant theories. The research findings show that the forms of local wisdom in the novel Ndoro Darmabumi include community rules in the form of advice, norms, traditional practices such as agriculture, weaving, Javanese traditional clothing, traditional architecture, typical Javanese food such as tiwul, the use of the Javanese language, and handicrafts like rattan weaving, The setting that depicts local wisdom found in the novel Ndo-ro Darmabumi by Filiananur. The values of local wisdom identified include religious and spiritual values, the value of mutual assistance, the value of justice, wise leadership, tolerance, and the exemplary nature of the character Darmabumi and the supporting characters as portrayed through dialogue and actions that fall within the category of local wisdom. The function of local wisdom values in the novel is used as a means of inspiration, information, and insights into the Javanese culture that is rich in philosophical meanings.
