Abstract

Background: Multiple Lymphadenopathy is a condition characterized by enlarged lymph nodes, the enlargement can reach a size of 1 cm-5 cm or larger in one place or several areas caused by the process of an infectious process. In the term Multiple is a condition of enlarged lymph nodes in two or more areas of the body that can be caused by infection, autoimmune disease, or malignancy such as lymphoma. Clinically, lymphadenopathy can cause physical discomfort, such as tenderness. In general, treatment to reduce pain with pharmacological therapy is the
administration of analgesics. There needs to be another effective therapy option to reduce pain, one of which is non-pharmacological therapy that can be done, namely Murottal therapy. This writing aims to analyze the implementation of Murottal Therapy to reduce pain in patients with multiple lymphadenopathy.
Method: The research method uses case study reports on patients with multiple lymphadenopathy according to the rules of the nursing process that uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, documentation and using a Pain scale with the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Data analysis used is the
analysis domain with results that will include nursing problems, nursing interventions, and evaluation of results.
Results: The implementation of Murottal Therapy in patients showed a decrease in the scale of pain felt. Therefore, the provision of Murottal therapy can be an alternative therapy that can be used to reduce pain complaints in patients.
Discussion: Murottal therapy has become one of the non-pharmacological therapies that guarantees support for care, especially in patients with multiple lymphadenopathy who have complaints of pain. Al-Qur'an Murottal Therapy If listened to with a regular rhythm and continuously will affect the receptors in the
body so that the body feels comfortable and relaxed. Thus, murottal therapy is highly recommended in addition to minimal side effects, cheap and easy to apply independently at home by family or assisted by health workers.
