Abstract
Background: Cancer is a disease caused by abnormal growth of body tissue cells, these cells are uncontrolled and can spread to all other parts of the body. According to World Health Data on the prevalence of cancer in Indonesia published in 2020 by the World Health Organization (WHO).

For the hypnotherapy intervention carried out for 3 days in the Toba room. Mrs. U is 45 years old with a diagnosis Ca Cervix IIIB who have acute pain complaints.
Acute pain intensity, anxiety scale, checking TTV by subjective qualitative numeric scale based on Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards (SLKI).
Results: After the intervention, 3 days showed a decrease from pain scale 6 down to scale 2 and anxiety scale decreased from scale 8 down to scale 3. After regular hypnotherapy therapy, patients showed a significant reduction in anxiety and pain levels. Patients report feeling calmer, more relaxed, and able to control negative thoughts that previously triggered anxiety. The intensity of
the pain felt is also reduced, so the patient feels more comfortable and can carry out better activities.
Conclusion: Hypnotherapy helps patients achieve a state of deep relaxation, change their perception of pain, and increase positive suggestions to manage discomfort. This suggests that hypnotherapy may be an effective and safe nonpharmacological therapy to help manage pain and anxiety, especially in
patients with chronic illnesses such as cancer, including Ca Cervix.
