Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa Berbasis WEB di Desa Pulosari Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang

In the research on "How to develop the information system of Pulosari Village, Bareng District, Jombang District" in the web-based village information system development research in Pulosary Village, bareng District and Jomban District uses methods with qualitative approaches related to systematic collection, bookings, descriptions and interpretation of textual data resulting from conversations, observations or documentation. Qualitative research methods include techniques of interviewing, observing, and analyzing documents. The objective is to be able to explore behavior, interaction processes, and the meaning, values and experiences of an individual or group. The characteristics of this research use a qualitative approach through observation techniques and interviews that are more detailed and in-depth in the field data collection process. The data from the results of observations and interviews are the basis of conceptualization and categorization, either in the framework of the preparation of descriptions or the development of theories so that every concept, category, description and theory that is produced is true based on research. It serves as a communication and information platform that supports the management of community resources at the village level as well as related to the process and planning of village development. The development of the village information system in Pulosari Village is based on the Act No. 6 of 2014 on the Village, which provides guidelines and procedures for the preparation of medium-term village development plans and government work plans. Plosari Village implements the Village Information System to develop the potential of its territory, the village Information System is used for the process of village administration letters and population data management, data and information that can be managed by the government and the village community in two areas offline and online. According to the analysis and observations carried out by the author, the research entitled Development of Information Systems in Pulosari Village found that the implementation and utilization of information systems in Plosari Village is still insufficient to smart village. Since the public is not satisfied with the implementation of the Pulosari village information system, it is because of those who have not understood how to use the village's website. As a result, the village's information system is considered unoptimal because the population has not been able to access it with sufficient capabilities.
