Abstract

In this study, organizational commitment will be used as a mediating variabel to examine the links between job satisfaction, employee performance, and work satisfaction and the effects of job satisfaction on performance. the research was conducted on the UD Sabar Jaya Malang campus. The Sample size forthe saturated sampling method was 46 production workers at UD Sabar Jaya Malang. They carry out surveys in order to gather data. The data Analysis procedure uses the partial least squares tool and path analysis. The study found a significant link between worker performance and job happiness, moderated and modified by organizational commitment
