Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business profit of one of the fostered partners by PT Petrokimia Gresik, including focusing a focus on strategies and factors that influence business profit, as well as business development before and after joining the fostered partner TJSL PT Petrokimia Gresik. The importance of considering factors and strategies by SME’s to support business sustainability and support the achievement of SDG’s Goal 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth. The method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches through primary data obtained from interviews with SME owners adn secondary data from the 2019-2023 business profit report. The result of the study show that increased. Other result show the strategies that have been carried out to increase profit and the factors that influence the profit of SME Line Up and the development of businesses that have become large-scale after joining fostered partners.
