PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PEMBINAAN REMAJA PUTUS SEKOLAH DI PANTI SOSIAL BINA REMAJA PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH

This research aims to determine the implementation of the out-of-school youth development program in social institutions for youth development in Central Kalimantan Province and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program for development of out-of-school youth in social institutions for youth development in Central Kalimantan Province. The research used was a descriptive qualitative method, while the research subjects were employees of youth social institutions, social workers, instructors and client caregivers in the hostel, while the data was obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. The social institutions for youth development in Central Kalimantan Province carry out guidance based on Central Kalimantan Governor Regulation No. 45 of 2017 and Minister of Social Affairs Decree No. 50/HUK/ 2004. Guidance consists of a social service program that goes through several stages, namely the initial approach stage, service implementation stage, re-realization stage, advanced guidance stage and a guidance program which includes physical, social, mental guidance and skills training. To facilitate the implementation of coaching carried out at social institutions for youth development in Central Kalimantan province. And the factor that supports the implementation of coaching is support from the regional government of Central Kalimantan province by providing a budget for all activities in the institution, human resources, facilities and infrastructure in the institution, while the factor that can hinder is the heterogeneity of clients which makes it quite difficult in the delivery of guidance and lack of interest and motivation for client learning. The results of the research are that the implementation of the coaching program carried out in social institutions for youth development in Kalimantan province is running well and smoothly in accordance with the plans and guidelines for social institutions for youth development, although there are still things that need to be repaired and updated.
