Although not life-threatening, hemorrhoids can interfere with activities and quality of life. Management such as increased fiber intake, fluids, and avoidance of unhealthy bathroom habits can help reduce hemorrhoidal symptoms. Objective: To find out how health management is done at home in overcoming hemorrhoidal symptoms. Methods: The research method used by researchers is a qualitative method with a case study on 3 subjects, namely Mrs. K (P1), Mrs. D (P2), Mrs. S (P2), and Mrs. D (P2). D (P2), Mrs. S (P3), this research was validated by source triangulation, namely direct face-to-face semi-structured interviews. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Results: Analysis of data obtained by researchers from interviews and has been validated by the participants formulated 4 themes, namely 1) Use of Traditional Medicine, 2) Dietary Changes, 3) Changes in Activity Day Living (ADL), 4) Changes in Physical Activity.
