Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work life balance on turnover intention. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all sales of PT Bintang Sayap Utama Kepanjen Area. The sample in this study were all sales of PT Bintang Sayap Utama Kepanjen Area as many as 40 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the data analysis method used was the scale range and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study are workload has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, work life balance has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, and the dominant variable in influencing turnover intention is workload.
