MANAJEMEN PERAWATAN STOMA UNTUK PENCEGAHAN INFEKSI PADA BAYI NY D DENGAN DIAGNOSA MEDIS HIRSCHPRUNG DI RUANG PERINATOLOGI RSUD KANJURUHAN MALANG.

Background : Hirschsprung is a congenital disease of the human digestive system which specifically attacks the large intestine (colon) and parasympathetic ganglia in the submucosa and internal plexus which can attack the proximal intestine. This disease causes the large intestine to enlarge (mega colon). This is because there are no ganglion cells in the distal part of the intestine. Hirschsprung's disease commonly affects newborns and even children and is characterized by delayed first meconium excretion, bile-colored or green vomiting, and abdominal bloating. Method : This research used the case study report method with the number of respondents being one child with a Hirschprung diagnosis. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, physical examination and secondary data methods. Data analysis uses analytical methods in the form of nursing problem findings, nursing interventions with stoma care management in children regarding nursing problems cleaning the risk of infection. Result : The implementation of stoma care management was effective and able to prevent infection in Mrs D's baby with a Hirschprung medical diagnosis Conculsion : The implementation of stoma care management was effective and able to prevent infection in Mrs D's baby with a Hirschprung medical diagnosis.
