Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior mediated through organizational commitment. The population of this study was 43 employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Malang Branch. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with a total sampling type of 43 samples. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis used path analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 4.0 software application. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership does not affect organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership does not significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This study is intended to determine the description of the application of servant leadership and organizational culture in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Malang Branch on employee organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment.
