Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence motivation and of internal
communication mediated by job satisfaction on employee
organizational commitment at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Malang.
This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The
sample for this research is 90 senior employees who have worked for
more than 3 years. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial
Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of smartPLS 3.0 software.
The results of the research show that (1) there is a direct influence
between the Motivation variable on the Organizational Commitment of
Employees at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Malang, (2) there is a
significant direct influence from the Internal Communication variable
on the Organizational Commitment of Employees at the
Muhammadiyah Hospital Malang, (3) there is an influence There is a
significant direct influence from the Motivation variable on Employee
Job Satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital, and (4) there
is a significant direct influence from the Internal Communication
variable on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah Malang
Hospital. However, (5) there is no significant direct effect of the Job
Satisfaction variable on the Organizational Commitment of Employees
at the Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital, (6) there is no significant
indirect effect of Motivation on Organizational Commitment through the
Employee Job Satisfaction variable at the Muhammadiyah Malang
Hospital , and
(7) there is no significant indirect effect between Internal
Communication on Organizational Commitment through the Employee
Job Satisfaction variable at Muhammadiyah Hospital Malang.
