IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KEPEDULIAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA RUANG BELAJAR AQIL DI KOTA MALANG

As a non-profit institution, Ruang Belajar Aqil (RBA) has an important role in efforts to improve the quality of life of the community through the values held by RBA. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the care and learning program at the Aqil study room in Malang City and identify the factors that play a role in influencing the implementation of the program at the Aqil study room in Malang City. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis with an interactive model (Miles and Huberman). The results of the study showed that the implementation of the care and learning program at the Aqil study room in Malang City can be known, namely for the care program including Silaturrahim Literacy (SL) and Site Visits (KS), Global Volunteer and Bazaria, Piknik Ria, and Family Festival. The implementation of the learning program is about Counseling, Economic Literacy, Afternoon Chat Sharing Series (SSBS), Virtual Sharing Series (SSVS), Sharing Series Becomes Sparkle (SSMK), Science And Social Fair And Festival (SSFF), Sharing Series, Sharing Season, Cakramuda Entrepreneurship (CKWU), Workshops and Business Mentoring Programs. Factors that influence the implementation of the care and learning program in the Aqil study room in Malang City are the enthusiasm of the community in understanding the basic objectives of the program, the suitability of the program to the needs of the community, the formation of groups and Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of community empowerment programs.
