PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY DAN EARRNING PER SHARE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN SUB SEKTOR OIL, GAS, AND COAL YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on share prices in oil, gas and coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2023. ROE is measured using net profit after tax divided by total equity, while EPS is measured by net profit after tax divided by the number of shares outstanding. Share prices use the closing price at the end of the period 31 December 2023. The sample collection technique is purposive sampling to obtain 68 samples. This research uses a multiple linear regression model with the IBM SPSS 26 tool. The research results show that ROE has no effect on stock prices, while EPS has a significant positive effect on stock prices.
