PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG PELAYANAN KESEHATAN JIWA RUMAH SAKIT SAKINAH MOJOKERTO, JAWA TIMUR

Planning for the construction of a Mental Health Service Building at Sakinah Hospital in Mojokerto Regency located at Jl. R.A Basuni No. 12, Jampirogo, Mojokerto, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. The construction of this building has the main objective of increasing patients with mental disorders (ODGJ) in Mojokerto Regency from 2019 to 2022 and developing a comfortable, effective, and efficient mental health service facility.
The results of the analysis of the Mental Health Service Building Development Planning use a concrete structure and pile foundation. The planning of the structural components of this building, such as, planning a plate with a plate thickness of 12 cm, planning the dimensions of the spiral column with a diameter of 60 cm. planning of the main beam and child beam with dimensions B1 30 cm x 60 cm, B2 35 cm x 70 cm, B3 25 cm x 50 cm, and B4 30 cm x 60 cm which refer to the Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings, namely SNI 2847: 2019, Indonesian Loading Regulations for Buildings in 1983, Reinforcing Steel Regulations SNI 2052: 2014 and SNI 2052: 2017, Earthquake Resistance Planning for Houses and Buildings SNI 1726: 2019, Loading Regulations for the Design of Buildings and Other Structures SNI 1727: 2020. Planning for the Construction of the Mental Health Service Building of the Hospital. Sakinah Mojokerto includes planning of upper structure, lower structure, budget design and construction management, as well as mechanical electrical and plumbing. Structural analysis in the planning of this building construction is carried out using SAP 2000 V.22 software and the input loads include dead load, additional dead load, live load, wind load, and earthquake load.
