Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of services based on the Population Administration Service Information System (SIPAK) at the Blitar City Population and Civil Registration Office. The problem raised is how the application of the Population Administration Service Information System (SIPAK) can make it easier for the community to manage population administration digitally and whether this service is in accordance with the needs and expectations of the community.
Through a descriptive qualitative method, this study explores the views, observations and experiences of various related parties. Data was collected through interviews with government officials and the public who used the Population Administration Service Information System (SIPAK) application services, as well as direct observation of the use of the application. This approach aims to get a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness and obstacles faced in the implementation of the Population Administration Service Information System (SIPAK) application services.
The results of the research show that the application of the Population Administration Services Information System (SIPAK) application is effective and relevant to technological developments and can make it easier for people to manage population administration services digitally, however there are still obstacles such as people who are still technologically illiterate, server problems that are sometimes problematic, lack of socialization. which is uneven and the service process is slow because users do not understand the requirements.
