PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TERAPI KOMBINASI MURROTAL DAN RELAKSASI NAFAS DALAM TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI PADA PASIEN DENGAN DIAGNOSA FRAKTUR FEMUR : STUDY KASUS

Background: One of the problems that most often occurs in human bones is
fractures or commonly known as fractures which are one of the causes of
disability experienced by a person. cases of pain in femur fracture patients to
reduce pain by using Murrotal therapy and deep Deep Breathing relaxation
techniques appropriately and with quality.
Objective: To determine the effect of giving Murrottal Combination Therapy and
Deep Breathing Relaxation on Reducing Pain in the Diagnosis of Femur
Fracture
Research Method: This type of research in scientific writing uses descriptive
methods in the form of case studies. The measuring instruments used to measure
pain levels are the Numberic Rating Scale.
Results: The pain scale of patients receiving collaborative therapy experienced
a decrease of around 2-3 points compared to using only one therapy, only 1 point,
even remaining the same.
Conclusion: Based on the results of intervention observations, analysis of
clinical practice and the provision of nursing care, intervention planning,
implementation of the intervention using a collaboration of 2 non-
pharmacological therapies, namely Murratal Therapy and Deep Breathing
Techniques for Mr. H compared to Mrs. S was only given deep Deep Breathing
technique therapy
