PENERAPAN SISTEM PEMERINTAHAN BERBASIS ELEKTRONIK GUNA MENDUKUNG PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI DESA TAPAK KABUPATEN MAGETAN

The implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) is an effort to digitally transform the administration of government to improve the quality of public services that are more efficient, transparent, and accountable. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SPBE in supporting public services in Tapak Village, Magetan Regency, and to identify inhibiting factors in the implementation process.
This study uses a qualitative method. The research period was carried out for 4 months along with the implementation of a research internship in Tapak Village, Magetan Regency. Then this study uses data collection techniques through observation, in addition, data and information are also carried out through in-depth interviews with village officials, as well as documentation studies of related regulations and policies. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions from the study conducted by researchers.
The results of the study show that the implementation of SPBE in Tapak Village is realized through the official village website which provides various administrative services and public information online through the website. The existence of this website aims to increase the accessibility of services for the community, accelerate the administrative process, and support transparency in village governance. However, in its implementation, there are still various obstacles faced, such as limited technological infrastructure, lack of digital literacy among the community, and human resources that are not fully ready to manage the website. Nevertheless, the implementation of SPBE has provided significant benefits, such as increased efficiency in administrative services, easy access to information for the community, and opportunities to increase public participation in village government supervision.
