Abstract

Education in the current digital era necessitates creativity in the learning process, including the provision of relevant and engaging learning resources for students. The learning resources provided must also involve the environment surrounding the students' residences. In reality, based on observations and interviews, there is a lack of available teaching materials for students that engage the environment around their homes at SDN Oro-Oro Dowo Malang, thus there is a need for efforts to enhance the provision of teaching materials for students. This research aims to: (1) implement learning using Interactive E-Modules with the material "Stories About My Region" that involves the environment around the students' residences in the topic of Local Cultural Wisdom of Malang City, and (2) understand the students' comprehension of the material "Stories About My Region" which has the topic of Local Cultural Wisdom of Malang City in the Interactive E-Module.
This research uses the ADDIE research method with 5 stages: analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study use qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques, with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data source selected is 21 students from the 4th grade of SDN Oro-Oro Dowo Malang for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research was conducted on January 7 and 10, 2025. The first meeting applied the use of the Interactive E-Module on laptops and explained the material to the students. The second meeting continued the explanation of the material, filling out the LKPD, evaluation questions, and questionnaires.
The research shows that (1) using the Interactive E-Module learning materials about my region in SDN Oro-Oro Dowo Malang makes students more active in class activities. This is indicated by an effective score of 85% for the students. (2) The use of Interactive E-Module learning materials can improve students' understanding of the topic "Stories About My Region" with a focus on the local wisdom of Malang City. This is shown by an effective score of 85%, with 3 students not reaching the minimum competency standard.
The results of the research and development of the Interactive E-Module learning materials have a percentage of 85% with a suitable rating, while the student response questionnaire received a score of 91% with a very good rating, and students like the Interactive E-Module learning materials.
