Abstract
Recently, cases of mental health disorders in Indonesia have increased, data shows that 6.2% of adolescents experience stress and severe depression which increases the death rate from suicide. The availability of a platform that helps maintain adolescent mental health with easy features and in accordance with the development of information technology can reduce the number of mental health disorders among adolescents. This study was conducted to determine how much influence the development of mental health applications has in reducing the number of mental health disorders among adolescents and to develop features in mental health applications to make them easier for users to understand. This study was conducted through interviews and surveys to understand the needs of application users and observe what underlies the decline in adolescent mental health. By using the UX Journey approach to analyze application features that suit user needs. This study shows that the development of application design in various features such as meditation features, consultations with professional psychologists, and stress test features can increase the effectiveness of mental health aids. This study is expected to provide a significant contribution to the development of more responsive and effective mental health applications for adolescents. Thus, this application not only functions as a stress management tool but also as a source of information and emotional support for adolescents in need.
