ANALISIS PENGARUH WORKING CAPITAL TURNOVER (WCTO) DAN TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER (TATO) TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN TRANSPORTASI DAN LOGISTIC YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2019-2023

This study aims to analyze the effect of Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) and
Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on company value in transportation and logistics sub
sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023
period. Company value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) indicator
which reflects how much the market values the company's performance compared
to its book value. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling
technique. From a total population of 37 companies, 14 companies were obtained
as samples. This study uses a quantitative approach with a multiple linear
regression analysis method using secondary data obtained from the company's
financial statements to test the partial and simultaneous effects of independent
variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that partially,
WCTO has a positive and significant effect on PBV, which means that efficient
working capital management can improve operational efficiency and provide a
positive signal to investors. TATO also has a positive and significant effect on PBV,
indicating that the effectiveness of using all company assets contributes to
increasing the company's market value. Simultaneously, WCTO and TATO have a
significant effect on company value, indicating the importance of efficient internal
resource management. This finding provides practical meaning for management to
improve financial and operational strategies.
