Abstract
Job satisfaction is an important factor influencing employee productivity. A good work environment and self-efficacy can enhance employee job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the work environment is in a good category, although there are some aspects that need improvement, such as safety and air circulation. Additionally, self-efficacy is also in a good category, despite certain challenges that need to be addressed, such as a lack of employee confidence. It can be concluded that the work environment and self-efficacy have a significant partial effect on job satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of the work environment and self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction at Home Industry Bonggolan Lamongan. This research uses a scale range method with a quantitative approach, and data collection is conducted through questionnaires distributed to employees of Home Industry Bonggolan Lamongan.
