Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee productivity. Samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 60 from the population of CV employees. Punden. The data analysis technique uses analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program, the distribution of the results of the scale range from the respondent's data regarding the employee productivity variable, the average score obtained from the respondent's answer regarding the productivity variable shows 239 which means that the employee productivity variable delivered by CV Punden employees is perceived to tend to be less productive because what CV punden needs in achieving its target is very productive. The distribution of the scale range results from respondents' data regarding the employee incentive variable, the average score obtained from respondents' answers regarding the productivity variable shows 240.5, which means that the employee incentive variable delivered by CV Punden employees is perceived to tend to be still high, but some employees give an unsatisfied assessment of the questionnaire points. The distribution of the results of respondent data regarding work motivation variables, the average score obtained from respondents' answers regarding productivity variables shows 239, which means that the work motivation variables conveyed by CV Punden employees are perceived to be high, but some employees give an unsatisfied assessment of the questionnaire points due to less than optimal work motivation. Data analysis of the scale range and hypothesis testing which shows that work incentives affect employee work productivity, not only that work motivation also affects employee work productivity, which can provide optimal targets In this study, both explain that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity and that motivation has a significant pisitive effect that can encourage productivity levels. In addition, this study also shows that work incentives have an indirect effect through motivational mediation on employee productivity.
