Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of loyalty programs, service quality, and price on the level of customer satisfaction at the INF SkincareSolution Clinic. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, where data is obtained through distributing questionnaires to 143 respondents consisting of customers who take part in the loyalty program and have made treatments or product purchases in the last month.
The data collected was then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS software to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the loyalty program, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction. Therefore, the clinic is advised to continue to improve the loyalty program, service quality, and price in order to increase and maintain customer satisfaction.
